Alice Marie White

Alice Marie Marcum White, 52, of Big Creek went home to be with the Lord at the residence of her sister, Edna Marcum on Thursday, October 18, 2007. She was born March 23, 1955 in Logan to the late James E. Marcum and Betty Ruth Pennington Marcum. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Ola June Marcum. Survivors include her husband, Leon White. Two daughters; Christina White and Bessie Mae White. One son, Leon Edward White. One brother, James Greg (Angie) Marcum of Logan. Three sisters; Edna (Ray) Marcum of Cora, Bessie Vance of Peach Creek and Drema Vance of Wilkinson. One very special brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Nina White of Logan. Her mother-in-law, Linda White. Four grandchildren; Christopher, Joseph, Allen and Brayden. She is also survived by a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, October 21, 2007 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, October 22, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home with Rev. Barney Goins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
