Alma Lee Berry Workman, 80 of Aracoma, WV passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at home where she lived with her daughter and son-in-law, Pauline Branham and Mark Conley. She was born April 29, 1940 at Peach Creek, WV to the late Walter and Eliza Adkins. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her 2 husbands; her son, Melvin Lee Berry; her granddaughter, Patricia Domain, and sister, Deloris Sparks. Alma was a was very loving and kind. She would give the shirt off her back to help someone. She was loved by everyone that knew her and will be missed by all her family, friends, and loved ones. Alma loved roses, planting her flowers, and watching them grow. She had roses and flowers all around her home. Her daughter, Pauline took care of her the past 3 years while she battled dementia and sundown syndrome. She didn’t know anyone when she passed and could not fight any longer. Alma required 24/7 care and was bedfast. God needed an angel and called her home. She leaves behind 3 daughters, Pauline of Aracoma, Stephanie White of Dingess, WV, and Sylvia Forshey of Pennsylvania; 2 sons, Bill D. Berry of Clarksburg, and Steve Berry of Pennsylvania; sister, Nina Bojeskie of Virginia; brothers, Rayburn and Rickie Adkins; grandchildren, Natasha Farmer of Whitman, Robert E. White of Dingess, Kierston York of Henlawson, Amand Freeze of Clarksburg, Erik Fuller of Clarksburg, Melvin L. Berry of Pennsylvania, David Domain of Pennsylvania, Billy Forshey of Pennsylvania, and Jennie Domain of Pennsylvania; great-grandchildren, Ayden Farmer of Whitman, Dakota Farmer of Whitman, Little John F. Farmer of Whitman, and Braxtyn Farmer of Dingess. Honoring her wishes her remains are to be cremated. A memorial service is being planned at a later date.
