Amber (Shelly) Michelle Lawrence

Amber Michelle “Shelly” Lawrence, 31 of Lake, WV passed away on Friday May 1,2020 at CAMC Memorial Hospital at Charleston, WV Shelly was born on November 1,1988 in Philippi WV, where much of her family still resides. She is preceded in death by her father, Michael Lawrence; grandmother, Sylvia Adkins; grandfather, Daniel Adkins; and grandmother, Emma jean Shoulders. Shelly loved her daughter Alexa and her son Axyl more than anything in this world and loved the time they spent together. Her favorite place to be was outside with all of the kids either fishing, riding, or playing games. If you are lucky enough to have a memory with her, I’m sure it includes a good laugh. Shelly is survived by her daughter, Alexa Joleigh Lawrence (8) and son, Axyl Dwayne Hager (4). Her mom, Brenda Lawrence, brother, Richard Jenkins, and sister, Ashley (Zakk) Justice. Her niece, Nevaeh Porter, and nephews, Trenton Porter, Zachary Lawrence, Jacob Rollins-Jenkins, and Ryan Rollins-Jenkins, among many other family and friends. Shelly’s memorial service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery on Saturday May 9,2020 at 2:00 pm. Flowers can be sent to Forest Lawn Cemetery and donations to P.O. Box 1025 Logan, WV 25601.
