Bernice Florence Smith, Lyburn, WV. Born December 31, 1934 in Jamboree, KY. Daughter of Perry & Ella (Wolford) McCoy. Went to her heavenly home on Jan 23, 2011 after a long illness. Proceded in death by her husband Arthur (Dickie Paul), son Dickie, step daughter Glenna Joyce and grandson Paul Joseph. Sister Thelma Cox and brother James McCoy. Loving Mother of Diane (Charles), Arthur (Denise) and Sheila (Mark). Blessed with 11 grandchildren and 10 great grand children. Surviving siblings are sister Fern Kincaid (Glen). Brothers, Wayne (Junior) McCoy (Frankie), Ed Blankenship (Tina) and Jim Cox. Member of Lyburn Freewill Baptist Church. In leiu of flowers donation may be made to Hospitality House. 2801 S. Staunton Rd. Huntington, WV 25702. Or Lyburn Freewill Baptist Ladies Aide. Bernice was a wonderful cook. Enjoyed gardening, traveling and being with her family. She will be loved beyond measure and greatly missed! Heavenly gain will be our lost. Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. with funeral services at 3:00 P.M. and calling hours until 6:00 P.M.
