Beulah Curry

Beulah Curry90 of Whitman went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 10th at her home. She was born August 31, 1917 at Beauty, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late John and Annie McGuire. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Rev. Levi Curry and two daughters, Valeda (Reda) Mullins and Charlotte Ann Curry; one sister, Ina Meadows; four bothers, Ezra, Clyde, Ollie, Winford and Frank McGuire. Beulah was a member of the 5 & 6 Holden Freewill Baptist Church for over 50 years. She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie (Joe) Vance of Riffe Branch and Betty Gore of Illinois; five sons Winford 'Lee' (Rose) of Marietta, Ohio, Roger (Linda) of Whitman, Danny (Grace) of Pikeville, Kentucky, Claraence 'Cookie' (Althea) of Arizona an Mike (Kyrah) of Whitman; Seventeen Grandchildren, twenty-Two great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild and several neices and nephews. Services will be conducted at the 5 & 6 Holden Freewill Baptist Church at 1:00 PM on Sunday, April 13th with Reverands Larry Light and Joaquine Ooten officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be grandsons. James Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
