Dareld David (Davey) Robertson, 26, of Davin, passed away Sunday February 10, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident.
He was born December 30, 1981 in Charleston a son of Linda Robertson of Davin and the late Dareld Junior (Hook) Robertson.
Davey attended Man High School and was currently employed by Mass Transport.
In addition to his mother, survivors include a brother Eddie (very special sister-in-law Dena) Thompson of Combs Addition, two sisters Misty (Rickey) Browning of Greenville, and Regina Workman of Cyclone. One Niece, Kourtney Thompson of Combs Addition, three nephews Chase Thompson of Combs Addition, Raymond Dale Workman and Orville Workman both of Cyclone. A very special girl in his life Kaylee Rae Morgan Bateman.
Services will be held Wednesday February 13, 2008, 1:00 p.m. at the Eagle Sanctuary Church at Long Bottom with Bishop Anthony Hudgins and Assistant Pastor Steven Duty officiating. Burial will follow in Cook Cemetery at Toney Fork.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 12, 2008 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Eagle Sanctuary Church.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Manning, Ricky Browning, Craig Robertson, Robert Mitchem, Chad Smith, Barry Carter, Bobby Hall, Greg Osborne and Bobby Caldwell.
