Delores (Barb) Flemings, 60, of Branchland departed this life on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. She was born June 14, 1947 in Logan to the late Harlan Hall and Anna Vance hall. Also preceding her in death are her two sisters and their husbands; Richard (Ricky) Gore and Judy Hall Gore. Also, Gary and Melva Adkins and Al Mascol. Delores attended Logan County CNA High School. She was employed by Lincoln Continuous Care and was passionate about the care and welfare of her patients. Delores was a loving and caring grandmother, mother, aunt and sister, who enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors inlclude her two sons; Steven Flemings of North Vernon, Indiana and Dallas (Samantha) Flemings of Mill Creek. Two daughters; Teresa (Greg) Thompson of Bristol, VA., and Pam (Rick) Lowe of Yolyn. Seven grandchildren who were the light of her life; Michael Watts, Jessica Hall, Stevi Flemings, Arianne Thompson, Shyann Flemings, Dakota Flemings, Levi Flemings and a host of friends and loved ones. Delores is also survived by one brother, Dallas Hall of Frankfort, Indiana. Three sisters; Joann Nunley of Sunburg, Ohio, Delcie Plumley of Stone, Kentucky and Betty Belcher of Prosperity, South Carolina. Visitation will be Monday, October 8, 2007 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at James Funeral Home with Rev. Roscoe Chafin officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com.
