Donald Ray Vance

Donald Ray Vance, 60 of Dingess, WV departed this life Thursday, September 19, 2019 at his residence. He was born April 23, 1959 at Logan, WV to Stella (Williamson) Vance and the late Donald Vance. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by his aunt, Silvia Williamson. In addition to his mother he is also survived by his daughter, Dara Lynn Vance of Michigan; uncles, John Williamson of Dingess, Benny (Marsha) Williamson of Dingess, Rudy (Janice) Williamson of Chapmanville, WV, and Andrew (Muriel) Williamson Jr. of Michigan; aunt, Minnie Rice of Myrtle Webb Road, WV; and several other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday September 22, 2019 at Akers-James Funeral Home with Andrew Williamson Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Williamson Family Cemetery, Wayne County, WV. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Sunday at the funeral home.
