Elizabeth Thompson

Elizabeth Thompson, 73 of Whitman, WV departed this life Monday, December 28, 2020 at CAMC General Hospital in Charleston, WV. She was born April 26, 1947 at Logan, WV to the late Cleophas and Vera (Booth) Davis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Kincaid; and sisters, Mary Katherine Baisden, and Brenda Sue Knight. She is survived by her daughter, Marie Hanshaw; grandchildren, Brittany Kincaid, Kayla Mitchell, and Mikey Thompson; great-grandchildren, Kayanna Mitchell, and Nataleigh Mitchell. Honoring her wishes her remains are to be cremated. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2020 at Akers-James Funeral Home with a memorial service starting at 6 p.m. Online condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic facemasks are required inside the funeral home at all times and social distancing should be practiced.
