Ernest Green

Ernest Edward Green II 53 of Logan went to be with the Lord on Saturday March 1, 2008 at Logan Regional Medical Center after a long illness. He was born August 11, 1954 in Madison. He was the son of the late ErnestMcClure of Huntington and the late Arbutus Green of Logan. Earnest was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Green was retired from PRIDE of Logan. Survivors include One Daughter: Karrie Spears of Holden, Four Sons: Tony Toth of Whitman, Ernest Green III of Mud Fork, Christopher Green of North Carolina and Dylan Green of Holden, Five Brothers: Delmer and Elmer Green, Wayne, Gary and Larry Hobbs all of Logan, Three Sisters: Marlene Benedict, Pam Cooper and Brenda Cooper all of Logan, 3 Grandchildren: Jeremiah and Jordan Spears of Holden, and Alyson Green of Mud Fork and many cousins and friends. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday March 5, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Layton Lockhart officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Visitation will be from 6-9 P.M. Tuesday March 4, 2008 at James Funeral Home. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Condolences may be sent to www.jamesfh.com.
