Eugene Paul Husarick

Eugene Paul Husarick, 73 of Wilsondale passed away on December 16, 2017 at CAMC Memorial after a lingering illness. He was born September 6, 1944 in Cora a son to the late Steve and Rawse Gillman Husarick. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter Arlene Lambert, step grandson Connor Davis and brother Russ Sheppard. Eugene was a Veteran of the Vietnam War and was employed by General Motors. He is survived by his companion of 19 years Norma Gillman of Wilsondale, WV. His children Lisa Husarick of Michigan, John Husarick of Michigan. Step daughters Lisha (Anthony) Perry of Powder Springs, Florida, Step sons John Davis of Fort Lauderdale, FL and James Davis of Wilsondale. Grandchildren Jacob, Kyle and David. Sisters Kay (Clyde) Akers of Holden, Minnie Bumgarner of Tampa, FL and Catherine (Ed) Demitruik of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Brothers Richard Husarick of Cleveland, Steve Husarick of Connecticut and Pete Husarick of Whitman. Many other nieces and nephews. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the 5 & 6 Holden Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Larry Light and Lonnie Gore Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.
