Geneva lee, 73, of Logan won her battle with cancer on December 16, 2008. She was born September 6, 1935 in Logan the daughter of the late Gilbert and Ivy Workman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings Lou Lou (Tootie) Sizemore, Virgie Vance, Arlon, Phillip, Phillis, Arville and James Workman, Woodrow and Roy Hicks and one baby sister. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Basil Lee. Five sons Basil (Marshetta) McKinley Jr., Clarence (Patricia), Randy (Loraine), Kevin and Brian (Amber) Lee. Four daughters Madeline Belcher, Tamara (Eddie Ellis) Adkins, Barbara (Michael) Caudill and Kristi (Robert) Meadows. Three brothers Troy, William and Tom Workman. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a devoted Christian for 61 years, loving wife and best friend to her children. She will be dearly missed and loved by all who knew her. Heaven truly never welcomed a sweeter mother. Services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in the James Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James "Tiny" Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. also at the funeral home.
