Harold David Napier

Harold David Napier, 63 of Logan departed this life April 26, 2023, at his residence.

He was born August 26, 1959, to the late Calvin and Belva (McCloud) Napier. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his niece, Lynzee Napier and his uncle, Harold McCloud.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jayne “Sissy” Napier; daughter, Jayne Lynn (Bo) Darby; grandchildren Braxton, Brennix, and Remington Darby; sister, Terry Naper; nieces, Te’lyn Napier, Chelsey (Todd) Deskins, Oakleigh Deskins, and Mystic; cousin, Sandra McCloud; sister-in-law, Jeanie; brother-in-law, Keith; aunts, Norma McClou, and Marie White; special friend, Jerry Bryant, and a host of additional cousins, family, friends and his favorite pet, Slash.

Funeral services will be help at 1 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2023, at Akers-James Funeral Home with Pastor Layton Lockhart officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow in the Carter Cemetery, Hoover Fork, Harts, WV. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
