Irene Barrett

Irene Barrett, 75, of Henlawson went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, August 23, 2007 at home with her family by her bedside. She was born January 2, 1932 at McBeth, WV to the late John Lee and Sybil McNeely Belcher. Also preceding her in death was a son, David Lee Barrett. Two sisters; Betty Burgy and Mary Belcher. Irene was a member of the Trinity Freewill Baptist Church at Henlawson and a friend to all. Survivors inlcude her husband of 59 years, E.E. Barrett Jr. Two sons; Donny (Candy) Barrett of Huntington, WV., and Ronny (Elaine) Barrett of Henlawson, WV. Two sisters; Louise Elliott of Crawley, WV. and Janet Hicks of Stollings, WV. Two brothers; Berthal (Eileen) Belcher of Huntington Beach, CA., and Kenneth (Marcella) Belcher of Massilion, Ohio. Six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and other family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, August 25, 2007 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Sunday, August 26, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Vance and Rev. Orville Syner officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Pallbearers will be her Church Members. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com.
