James E. Moore

James E. Moore, 83 of Logan passed away on Friday, December 27th, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia.

He was born December 7, 1941 in Charleston a son of the late John and Estelle Moore of Holden, West Virginia.

In addition to his parents James was preceded in death his wife of 58 years Carol Moore. Also one brother Larry Moore.

James was a retired auto body technician. He loved to hunt, fish and loaf with his buddies. James was also a member of the Central United Baptist Church for over 30 years.

He is survived by 1 sister Brenda Hensley of Chapmanville, 2 sons Tim and Larry Moore.

9 Grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. January 2, 2025 at the Central United Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. also at the church. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
