Jane Kitchen

Jane Kitchen, 70, of Stollings passed away Thursday, October 25, 2007 at her residence. She was born April 29, 1937 in Wayne County. She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Pearl Dameron Maynard. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Kenneth Kitchen. Two sons; Roy and Lyle Kitchen Jr. One daughter, Elsie Kitchen. One sister, Ellie and three brothers; Mark, Bernie and Edgar Maynard. Survivors include five daughters; Ruth Hart of Kentucky, Mary Sparks of Las Vegas, Nevada, Sandy Ray of Mud Fork, Patricia Gilbert of Mass. and Candy Lane of West Logan. Three sons; Jesse Kitchen of Stollings, Floyd Kitchen of Switzer and Kenneth Kitchen of Kodak, Tenn. One sister, Ruby Irwin of Belair, Md. Twenty-eight grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the James Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. Monday, October 29, 2007 at James Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com.
