Jennings J. Saunders III, aka âJoe Budâ, 41 of Holden departed this earth in exchange for eternal life with the Lord on September 24, 2017.
Joe Bud was born May 6, 1976 in the Holden Hospital to Jennings J. Saunders Jr. and the late Cassie V. Saunders. He leaves behind two beautiful daughters, Jadrian Cierra Lynn Saunders and Victoria Jasmine Marie Saunders and their mother Peggy Goff. He also leaves behind a big sister, Misty M. Saunders Fox of Charlotte, NC and a niece and nephew, Cassie Rojas and Brandon Rojas and a host of other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Joe Bud loved all things NASCAR and outdoors. He was the most at home when fishing, hunting, or working a strip mine on top of a mountain. He loved his chickens and his cats, Keystone and Keystone Light. He made the best âcat headâ biscuits courtesy of his late grandmother Katherineâs recipe. He loved his family more than life, especially his two baby girls, his dad, and his best buddy âBoogâ. To all who knew him he made them laugh and smile with his big warm heart. He was the kind of guy to give a stranger the shirt off his back. We were all blessed to have you in our lives, fly high with the angels. We love you.
