Jimmy Joe Mullins

Jimmy Joe Mullins, 44 of Logan passed from this life Monday, January 17, 2022, at his residence.

He was born January 24, 1977, in Logan County and was a graduate of Logan High School class of 1997. Jimmy was employed for many years at Thornhill and Mike Ferrell and was loved by his customers that he served. His hobbies included, spending time gaming, playing games with his children, working on game systems, and a sensational love for horror memorabilia.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his long-time companion, Amy Marie Depta; children, Joey Alvin (Hayli Baisden) Mullins, Skylar Rayne Mullins, Jada Marie Depta, Jimmy Ray Depta, and Molly May Depta; grandchildren, Ryder Izzabella Mullins, and Dawson James Mullins; sisters, Lisa (Don) Muncy, and Teresa Mullins; his longtime best friend, David Scott Mooney (Jamie Burgess); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honoring his wishes his remains are to be cremated.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Akers-James Funeral Home.
