JoAnn Bailey, 68, of Amherstdale, passed away at her residence Wednesday, July 18, 2007. She was the daughter of the late Okey and Edna Tomlin of Mud Fork. Mrs. Bailey was a member of St. Edmund's Catholic Church in South man. JoAnn was the cherished wife of 49 years of Alred "Harry" Bailey. She was a homemaker and loving mother of Harry Lee (Sharon) Bailey of Michigan, Penny (Gary) Mullins of Lowe's Mt., Robyn Ooten of Logan, and Joseph (Emily) Bailey of Parkersburg. The lights of her life were her precious grandchildren, Gary (Brandy) Mullins of Midelburg, Timmy Mullins of Switzer, Shelly (Paul) Hebel of Michigan, Brittany Ooten and Chance Ooten, both of Logan, Michael (Paula) Bailey of Michigan, Taryn Conn of Man, Christopher and Scarlet Bailey of Parkersburg, and Zachary and Tyler Bailey of Harts; great-grandchildren include Dillon, Blake, and Sidney Hebel of Michigan, Madison Mullins of Midleburg, and Bradyn Mullins of St. Albans; brothers and sisters, Judy (Jimmie) Ogle of Whitman, Billie (Bill) Browning of Tennessee, Jackie (Judith) Tomlin of Florida, Lando (Sadie) Adkins and Britten Adkins both of Harts, Clifton (Loyzelle) Adkins of Michigan, and Roger Lee (Diane) Adkins and Margie Adkins both of Ohio. Also left to cherish her memories were many nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends. Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, July 21, 2007 at James Funeral Home with Father Tom Charters officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Pallbearers will be George Whitt, Gary Lee Mullins II, Timothy Mullins, Michael Lee Bailey, Chance Ooten, Matthew McCoy and Kenny McCoy. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M.
