John Glavaris

John Glavaris 54 of West Logan passed away Monday February 16, 2009 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born March 22, 1954 at Logan he was the son of the late William (Bill) and Bessie Terezakus Glavaris. He worked for Logan Water Care and was former owner of White Amusement. Those left to cherish his memory is his very special companion of 25 years and wife as of January 31, 2009 Lisa Rainwater Glavaris. He also left behind his children William (B.J.) Glavaris, Robin Kirk, Erica Glavaris, Meredith Glavaris, Alexis Rainwater Glavaris, Alyssa Rainwater and Devon Rainwater. He also had two special cousins Christine Meleanos and Rebecca Steele and one very special nephew Derek Thompson. A special thanks to Kathy and Kim Pansera as well as Tony Butler. John had a host of treasured family and friends.Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday February 19, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barney Goins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday February 18, 2009 at James Funeral Home. Friends will serve as pallbearers.
