Jon Keith Lukacs

Jon Keith Lukacs, 43 of Holden, WV, departed this world on Sunday, September 30, 2018. Jon was born February 1, 1975 at Logan General Hospital. His passion was working on cars and spending his extra time helping family and friends. His most favorite job of all was being a Dad. The biggest part of his heart belonged to his son Jonathon who departed this world in 2015 leaving a hole in his heart he was unable to mend. He is preceded in death by his son, Jonathon Turner Lukacs, his father Joe Lukacs III, his twin brother Don Lukacs, and his grandparents Charles and Louise Bailey and Joe and Dora Lukacs all of Holden. He is survived by his mother, Marcie Lukacs of Holden, his sister Michelle (Bill) Copley of Holden, his brother David (Hollie) Lukacs of Mudfork, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles who will all cherish every memory and moment with him. His viewing will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Akers-James Funeral Home with Reverend Alvis Porter Jr. officiating. Funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. with burial at Highland Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers include O’Brian Copley, Levi Copley, Ryan Davis, Adam Lukacs, John Lee Hill, Joe Bias, and Larry Jackson Jr. Honorary Pallbearers include Great Uncle John Lukacs and Harlen Hill.
