Joyce Ann Evans

Joyce Ann Evans, 73 of Mud Fork passed away Saturday February 27, 2016 at Trinity Healthcare Services of Logan. Born January 23, 1943 in Dingess, WV she was the daughter of the late Howard and Brookie Canterbury Adams. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister Imogene Evans Butcher; 2 brothers Charles Adams and Howard (Muck) Adams Jr.; and her granddaughter Erica Michelle Wilburn. Those left to cherish her memory include: her husband of 55 years Roy Lee Evans of Mud Fork; 2 sons Roy Evans Jr. and Randy Evans both of Mud Fork; her daughter Debbie (Rick) Wilburn of Chapmanville; her brother Don Adams of Canton, OH; her grandchildren Brenton Wilburn of Morgantown; Haley Wilburn of Chapmanville; Alex Evans of Mud Fork; Leigha Evans of Mud Fork; and her great-grandson Jonathan Dingess. Services will held at 11 a.m. Wednesday March 2, 2016 at James Funeral Home in Logan with Rev. Scotty Dingess officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
