Joyce M. Steele

Joyce M. Steele, 83, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of McConnell passed away Thursday June 21, 2007 in Manatee Springs Care and Rehab in Brandenton, Fla. She was born December 1, 1923 in Logan to the late Ernest Mooney and Mabel Morton Mooney. She is survived by her son, Donald C. Steele of Bradenton, Fla. and two sisters; Mary Conley of DeLand, Fla. and Margaret Black of Logan. Two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Toale Brothers Funeral Home in Bradenton on Tuesday June 26, 2007. Visitation in Logan, WV will be Thursday June 28, 2007 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Friday June 29, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Vance officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfh.com.
