Kathleen Conley

Kathleen Conley, 91 of Logan passed away Sunday, March 21, 2016 at Logan Center. Born September 29, 1924 in Limestone, WV she was the daughter of the late Jess Roberts and Madgie Estep. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband George W. Conley; her sister Nellie Ferrell; brother Frank “Buddy” Roberts; and her beloved grandson Brian Ellis. Mrs. Conley was a member of the Holden 5&6 Church of God and a beautician serving as manager of Charm Beauty Shop and Owner of Kats Beauty Shop. Those left to cherish her memory include: her daughter Anita Blankenship Ellis of Woodstock, GA; sisters Opal Enochs of Jacksonville, FL and Anna Jean (Fred) Runyon of Logan; her granddaughter Kathy A. Ellis of Woodstock, GA; great-grandson Franklin Lee (Jessica) Dupree of Woodstock, GA; great-grandaughter Carol Dupree of Woodstock, GA; and great-great-grandchildren Kaley, Bryson, Jaxon, and Abbey Dupree. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday March 22, 2016 at James Funeral Home in Logan and burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
