Kevin Hale

Kevin Eugene Hale, 41, of West Logan departed this life Wednesday April 18, 2007 at Logan Regional Medical Center. He was born February 19, 1966 in Barberton, OH. He was the son of the late Tom and Rose Hale. Preceding him in death are his grandparents, AD and Zella Hale and infant baby Hale. Kevin was previously employed with the Logan City Police Dept., Logan Co. Sheriff's Dept., and the West Virginia Workers Cempensation Division. He was also a former President of the Fraternal Order of Police and former Board of Directors of the Logan Little League and Dist. II staff. Kevin was a devoted and loving father, husband, brother, uncle and friend. Kevin enjoyed coaching and supporting the Logan T-Ball and Logan Little League where he made many friendships and memories that remained very special to his heart. He was also an avid Wildcat Fan, but most of all Kevin enjoyed spending time with his family. Kevin was of the Jesus Name faith and loved the Lord very much. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 21 years, Vicky Lynn Hale. His children; Heather Breann Hale and Tyler Aaron Hale both at home. One brother, Ken (Jan) Hale of Shelby, North Carolina. One sister, Kathi (Bill) Ferguson of Ashland, Kentucky. Nephews; Josh and Jarod Adkins, Billy and Josh Ferguson. His niece, Jeni Smith. Great-Nephew, Liam Ferguson and Great-Niece, Lilah Smith. Visitation will be Saturday April 21, 2007 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. and the service will immediately follow with Calvin Freeman officiating. Pallbearers will be; Chipper Porter, Mark Porter, Rick Workman, Mike Vascereli, Eddie Hunter, Robert Ward, Mike Dalton, Randall Sizemore and Charlie Walls. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Billy Ferguson, Josh Ferguson, Doug Killen, Harold Ward, Danny Sellards and Pat Hutchinson. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens.
