Linda G. Williamson of Stratton Street in Logan, WV entered eternal Life on October 19,2021 after a brief illness.
Linda was born in Holden WV on November 15,1943 to Walter and Ruby Williamson (Canterbury). Linda attended Logan High School class of 1962, after a brief time Linda went on to the University of Charleston where she received a bachelorâs degree in early Education and then to Marshall university where she received her Masterâs in Education. She was employed in the Logan County School System until her retirement in 2003.
Linda was a volunteer and auxiliary member at Logan Regional Medical Center and a longtime member of the Central United Baptist Church.
Linda is Survived by her Very Special Nephew, Aaron Tyler-Ludy and his Spouse Stuart E. Ludy, her uncle, James Williamson, and his wife Mary, as well as several cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents as well as a sister Jewel Bonham and several uncles and aunts.
Services for The Late Linda G. Williamson will be Friday October 22, 2021, with a Viewing from 11:00 AM-12:00 pm, at the Central United Baptist Church Logan, WV then a celebration of her life will begin at 12 pm with Pastor Randy Skeens and Larry Brammer officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
