Lois Anne Ghee

Lois Anne Ghee, 74 of Bradshaw Hollow, Whitman, WV left this world Sunday, December 5, 2021, at her residence to be in the arms of her Lord.

She was born August 23, 1947, to the late Gilbert and Rhodina McCloud of Mudfork. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sons, Chris Ghee and George Ghee II.

Lois was a dedicated member of The Church of The Living God at Stollings, WV. She had served the Lord for more than 45 years. She was a homemaker and a loving wife.

Lois is survived by her husband, George Ghee Sr.; her children, Judy (Jeff) Adams of Rossmore, Christine (Raymond) Robinson of Whitman, Tracy (Summer) Ghee of Pecks Mill, and Loretta Watkins of Stollings; grandchildren, Kristen (Bub) Adams, Raymond (Kayla) Robinson Jr., Keith Browning, Rhonda Robinson, Amber (Ben) Keyser, Ian Peyton, Alex Hanshaw, Nick Hanshaw, Haven Ghee, and Zoe Ghee; daughter-in-law, Joyce Ghee of Whitman; and honorary daughter, Loretta Watkins. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly, one whom she called her miracle baby.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 10, 2021, at Akers-James Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service, Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Tracy Ghee, Robert McCloud, Raymond Epperhart Jr, Kyle Adams, Ian Peyton, Raymond Robinson Jr, Keith Browning, and Melvin Meade.
