Loretta Booth Dillon

Loretta (Booth) Dillon, age 66, of Columbus, Ohio went home on February 8, 2007. She was born March 6, 1940 in Dingess, WV to the late Alton and Nancy Booth. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Dillon; one son, Crayton and one grandson, one brother and two sisters. Survivors include sons, Scott (Lori) Dillon, with whom she made her home, and Jim (Margaret) Dillon of Columbus, OH. Daughters, Brenda Limle of Paintsville, KY, Deirdra (Sam) Conley and Judy (Don) Elam, of Columbus, OH. Brothers, Rev. Curtis Booth and Rev. Willie Booth (both of Ohio), Rev. Dana Booth of NY. Sisters, Opal Whitt of Westerville, OH, Jewell Belcher of Logan, WV and Gail Marcum of Dingess, WV. Nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a special friend, Sarah Dingess and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M Friday, February 9, 2007 at Gahanna Freewill Baptist Church, 3868 Stygler Rd., Gahanna, OH and 11:00 A.M - 1:00 P.M Sunday, February 11 2007, at 5 And 6 Holden Freewill Baptist Church, Logan, WV, where services will begin at 1:00 P.M. Loretta’s brothers and Pastor Larry Light will officiate and her grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Booth Cemetery, Dingess, WV.
