Loretta Hicks

Loretta Hicks, 89 of Logan departed this life Friday August 31, 2018 at Genesis Logan Center. She was born July 5, 1929 in Ohio to the late Velva Spaulding. In addition to her mother she was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hicks. Mrs. Hicks was a homemaker. Those left to cherish her memory include: her son, Michael King Hicks Perry; daughters, Misty Fonseca, Sue Brinson, and Faye Mullins Clemens; grandchildren, Zachary Hensley and Terri Mullins; great-grandchildren, Connor and Reed O’Neal, Madison Edwards, James William Hargett, Tanner, Tyler, Logan, Alyssa Asby, Skylar Eubanks. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday September 4, 2018 at Akers-James Funeral Home at Logan. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday also at the funeral home.
