Millard Beavers, 81, of Lyburn, WV went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 27, 2007 at his residence. He was born March 24, 1926 to the late Martin and Beunia Ciffers Beavers. He was a faithful member of the Stollings Greater Life Apostolic Church for more then 40 years and was a retired coal miner and served in the United States Military. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Shirley Beavers. Five sons; Millard Lee (Jo) of Aberdeen, NC., Michael (Sue) of Raleigh, NC., Richard (Sharon) of Clayton, NC., Allen (Peggy) of Benson, NC., Bruce (Theresa) of Raleigh, NC. One daughter, Cheryl (Dwain) Counts of Falls Church, Va. Four brothers; Hoyt, Robert, John and Donald. Two sisters; Eunice Gray and Florence Hatfield. Eightteen grandchildren, eightteen great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild, and a host of family members and friends. Visitation will be Friday June 29, 2007 from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday June 30, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at James Funeral Home with Rev. A.G.
