Ollie Virginia Prichard

Ollie Virginia Prichard, 88 of Peach Creek went home to be with her lord on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born July 11, 1934, to the late Simon and Fannie (Chapman) Stewart. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Prichard Sr; sons, Leslie Prichard Jr., Roger Lee Prichard, and Greg Dale Prichard; sisters, Freda Kilpatrick, Pheobe Pauley, and Betty Toler; brothers, Danny Stewart and Vannie Stewart.

Ollie was a member of the Victory Freewill Baptist Church of Mill Creek.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Linda Adkins, Sherry Prichard, and Teresa Holey all of Peach Creek, and Melody (Don) Rayhill of NC; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley (Larry) Adkins, Carolyn Napier both of East Lynn, and Barbara Vanhuss of TN. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Victory Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Rocky Chafin officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service, Thursday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Brian Adkins, Ronald Adkins, Timmy Prichard, Shannon Prichard, Roger Prichard, and William Prichard. Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Prichard, Chris Prichard, Zeb Taylor Jr., Joshua Prichard, and Mark Adkins.
