Pearl Morrison Meade, 92, of Logan Park Care went home to be with the Lord Wedensday June 13, 2007 at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was born May 25, 1915 in Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Watt and Artie Morrison. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Elmer Meade. One daughter, Mary (Sissie) Thompson, one brother, Carter Morrison and three sisters; Bethel McCloud, Mary Bumgarner and Dorothy Curry and one son-in-law, Mike Kolota. Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Betty Kolota of Mud Fork. Four grandchildren; Mike (Vickie) Kolota, Karen (Gary) Richardson of Logan, Artie (Lynn) Thompson and Johnny Thompson of Ohio, four great-grandchildren; Rebekah Kolota and Adam (Megan) Richardson of Logan, Brad and Chris Thompson of Ohio and one great-great-grandchild, Emma Grace Richardson of Logan. One brother, Homer Morrison of Ohio and one son-in-law, Arthur Thompson of Ohio. One special nephew, Rev. Raymond Bumgarner of Mitchell Heights and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Services will be conduted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday June 16, 2007 at James Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Bumgarner officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
