Phyllis Ann Mullins

Phyllis Ann Mullins, 88 of Pecks Mill, WV departed this life peacefully surrounded by family on April 13, 2023, at her residence, following a long illness.

She was born January 22, 1935, in Lincoln County, WV to the late Jess and Katie Davis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Maynard Mullins; daughter, Tammy Mitchell; sons, Leroy Mullins, and Ricky Mullins.

She is survived by her daughter, Anna (James) Carr of Uneeda, WV, as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Honoring her wishes her remains are to be cremated and there will be no services. Instead, she asked that family and friends plant roses in her honor.
