Randolph Thomas Clemens Sr.

Randolph Thomas Clemens Sr, 66 of Holden, WV departed this life Thursday, June 2, 2022, at his residence.

He was born August 23, 1955, in Boone County, WV to Shirley (Walker) Messer and the late Richard Thomas Clemens. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Nancy (Bailey) Clemens; sisters, Sheila (Clemens) Maynard; and his youngest son, Chad Thomas Clemens.

Randy Was a retired machinist from Mining Repair Specialists. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved watching sports.

In addition to his mother those left to cherish his memory include his son, Randy (Shanna) Clemens of Cherry Tree; daughter, Erica (David) McCoy of Verdunville; step-daughter, Amy (Brad) Browning of Ohio; 11 grandchildren, Kayla Clemens, Brianna Johnson, Destani Clemens, Trenedy Clemens, Piper Clemens, Phoenix Clemens, Allysun (Alex) Toler, Payne McCoy, Skylar Conley, Kaylen Copley, and Heaven Surgoine; great-grandchildren, Alaska Mathis, Kalista Boggs, and Mazikeen Boggs; siblings, Ricky (Bobbi) Walker, Karen (Shorty) Ward, Teddy (Faye) Clemens, and Steve (Kitten) Clemens; special friends, Randall (Vickey) Jordan and David (Cindy) Robinson.

Honoring his wishes his remains are to be cremated. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday June 10, 2022, at Highland Memory Gardens with Pastor Rodney Spears officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Akers-James Funeral Home.
