Roy (Buck) Flemings

Roy "Buck" Flemings 51 of Whitman formerly of Dehue departed this life Sunday January 25, 2009 in an automobile accident. He was born January 3, 1958 in Logan the son of the late Charlie (Jocko) and Luna Flemings of Dehue, WV. Also preceding him in death was an infant sister Sandra Kay. Buck was a very talented musician, a loving husband, brother and uncle. Buck was a general laborer. Those left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife Jeannie Flemings, One Stepson Jerry (Brandy) Anderson, One Grandchild Katelyn of Bobwhite, WV, Four Sisters Reba (Albert) Donahue of Holden, Nancy (Paul) Noe of Logan, Pansy Adkins of Holden and Jean (Raymond) Conley of Verdunville, Two Brothers Arthur Bill (Linda) Flemings of Dingess and Harley Flemings of Dehue, many special nieces and nephews, special friends Buddy Bartarm, Denny Carver and Gene Daughtery.Funeral services will be conducted on Friday January 30, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Orville Holiness Church at Orville with Rev. Walter Hawkins and Robbie Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Flemings Cemetery at Dehue. Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M.Thursday January 29, 2009 at the Church. Pallbearers will be Jerry Anderson, Larry Sacks, Buddy Bartram, Gene Daughtery, Denny Carver and Greg Cook.
