Terry Adams

Terry David Adams, 71 of Crooked Creek died on March 27, 2023 at Thomas Memorial Hospital following a long illness. 

He was born May 3, 1951 at Logan, WV to the late Solomon and Charlotte (Hall) Adams. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dee and Vivian Hall; paternal grandparents, Elbert and Sarah Adams; brothers, Randall Adams and Robin Adams; sisters, Melodee Brewster, Merry Blankenship, and Lisa Adams.

Terry was a member of the Crooked Creek Church of Christ. He was a 1968 graduate of Logan High School, and he was a retired heavy equipment operator. Terry enjoyed playing guitar, carpentry work, and spending time with his family. 

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Debbie Adams; children, Amanda (Drew) Mullins of Charleston and David (Sara) Adams of Crooked Creek; granddaughters, Alaina and Austen Mullins; grandson, Tanner Adams; brothers, Bryan (Cindy) Adams, Holly (Katrina) Adams, and Jeff (Judy) Adams; sister, Abby (Gary) Shahan; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. 

Honoring his wishes, his remains are to be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Crooked Creek Church of Christ with Ralph Perry officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the church.
