Thomas Barnabi

Thomas Barnabi 80 of Verdunville, WV departed this life Monday May 19, 2008 at his home. He was born November 20, 1927 at Beckley, WV. He was the son of the late India and Patsy Bonds Barnabi. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by three sisters, three brothers and one grandson: David Thomas Williamson. Thomas was a baker for many years at Purity Maid Bakery of Beckley, WV, Stangles Bakery of Ambridge, Pa. and Nu Era Bakery of Logan, WV. His last employment before retiring was a construction worker in Beckley, WV. Survivors include his wife of 59 years: Betty Estep Barnabi of Hedgeview, Three Daughters: Deanna (Larry) Wilson of Pittsburgh, Pa., Drema (Bob) Vance of Verdunville and Deborah (David) Williamson of Verdunville, Two Brothers: John (Mae) Barnabi of Pennsylvania, Bob (Nellie) Barnabi of Beckley, WV, One Sister-in-law: Rose Barnabi of Beckley, Five Grandchildren and Six Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday May 22, 2008 at James Funeral Home Chapel with a Memorial service to begin at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Randy Skeens officiating.
