Walter Webster Elmore II

Walter Webster Elmore II, 42 of Huntington, WV, formerly of Logan, WV was born January 28, 1982, the son of Walter and Doris Elmore.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Peter Kelly Jr, Helen Ragland Kelly, Doris White Elmore, and Walter Elmore Sr.; brother, Shawn Elmore; uncles, Melvin White, Cleophas White, Andrew Reynolds, Pierre “Chubby” Elmore, and Harold Peoples.

Walter is survived by his son, Walter “Bubby” Elmore III; daughters, Courtney Reynolds, and Jasmine Ward Elmore; brother, Jeremy Duncan; sisters, Shawneen (Roy) Jones, Dorisette (Shane) Elmore, and Faydra (Chris) Bailey; special sister, Tonya Gravely; special cousins, Helen (Richard) Taylor, and Harold Kelly; aunts, Essie Hector, Doris Hector, Jessie Murrell, and Patricia Peoples; uncles, Joseph (Eleanor) Reynolds, Zackary Kelly, and Peter (Gloria) Kelly; nephews, Diamond, Darius, and Dmetrius Jones, Adarian Elmore, Cohen Bailey, and Casen Bailey; nieces, Reyvin Cottle, Tracsette Elmore, and Brenna Elmore; special niece, Destany Gravely; special friends, Gina Angles, and Beverly Mangum.

Services will be held at West Logan Church, Saturday, October 26, 2024. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. with homegoing services officiated by Pastor Scotty Dingess starting at 2 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Brant Williams, Jeremy Duncan, Cohen Bailey, Derrick Perrin, Carl Dean, and Harold Kelly. Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Dean Jr., Christopher Bailey, Joe Ellis, Mathew Fillinger, Charles Fillinger III, Ron Gaitor, and Gregory “Shane” Hiroskey.
