Warnie Kenneth Hicks

Warnie Kenneth Hicks Jr., 24, of Logan departed this life January 2, 2009 from injuries received in an automobile accident. He was born December 1, 1984 in Charleston a son of Warnie Kenneth (Patricia) Hicks of Logan and Vanessa (David) Morris of Verdunville. Kenneth was employed by Ray Killen and Sons Hague Water Conditioning of Mill Creek.He was also a member of the graduating class of 2003 at Logan High School. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Denver Belcher and paternal grandparents Warnie and Janet Hicks. In addition to his parents he is survived by his maternal grandmother Rose Belcher and a special uncle Denver (Shank) Belcher. Also survived by one stepsister Kayla Renee Jeffrey of Switzer along with many other family and friends. Sevices will be held Monday January 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the James Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Godby officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
